////// Planificateur · a module of the custom ERP · made in Luxembourg
The best slot.
During the call.
Semi-automatic scheduling of jobs: your rules are set once — durations, teams, distances, labour law — and for every request the Planificateur proposes, within seconds, the best slots per employee, ranked from best to worst. A person keeps the last word: one click, and the job is scheduled.
First visit free. 14 days of testing on your premises, at no cost. The module from 4 900 € excl. VAT, hosting & support from 290 €/month. The visits during development (880 € excl. VAT) are deducted from the project.

////// What you get
- 01The best slots per employee, ranked — with the distance and the real travel time
- 02Labour law as a limit, not a preference: daily cap (max 10 h), rest, week, contract
- 03Real availability: dated visits, individual hours, absences, leave, Saturdays
- 04Fixed teams proposed together, the employee’s home as the fallback starting point
- 05Recurring (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) or one-off, the client’s preferences (morning, afternoon, days)
- 06Those who do not fit stay visible under “why not”, with the reason (e.g. too far: 31 km)
- 07The Planificateur works on its own — and comes into its own with the custom ERP: the schedule feeds the hours, the hours feed payroll
////// How it works
- 01
First visit, free
On your premises, no commitment: how you schedule today, which rules matter (durations, teams, distances, collective agreement). You leave with a plan at a fixed price.
- 02
14 days of testing
The Planificateur runs at your place with your real jobs for two weeks, at no cost. The reception answers clients during the call. You decide afterwards — not before.
- 03
The rules, then yours on top
The base rules are in; yours come on top (distance threshold, overtime tolerance, skills). Team training included, in production as soon as the test ends.

////// Frequently asked questions
How does it pick the “best” slot?
It filters first (labour law, availability, teams, absences), then ranks what is left: distance to the neighbouring job of the same day (the worse of the two counts), real travel time + 5 min, the client’s preferences, no free window left orphaned. Beyond your distance threshold (e.g. 25 km), the person moves to “why not” with the reason.
Does it schedule on its own?
No, it is semi-automatic by principle: it proposes, a person confirms. One click, and the job is scheduled. Nobody is sent to a client without someone having decided it.
Does it comply with Luxembourg labour law?
Yes: the daily cap (max 10 h under the collective agreement), rest, the week and the contract are limits the Planificateur never exceeds. Absences, leave and Saturdays are taken into account.
Does it use AI?
The rules stay rules. The skills and the working radius of each person are learned from the job history by your local AI, in your network — your data does not leave the company.
Do we need the complete ERP?
No. The Planificateur works on its own, with your rules and your clients. It comes into its own with the custom ERP (/services/erp): the schedule feeds the hours, the hours feed payroll — nothing retyped.
Our rules are particular. Does that work?
That is the idea: the filters extend to your trade. A client who must always get the same person, an area reserved for one team, a different threshold for emergencies — those are your rules, they go in.
