On your premises, no commitment: what gets stuck today, what you juggle between Excel, paper and subscriptions. You leave with a plan per module, at a fixed price.

The first module runs at your place for two weeks, at no cost. You decide afterwards — not before.

Development with visits
Up to 3 on-site visits a month while the project is in development: more at the start for the analysis, fewer later. Module by module, in production from the first one, team training included.

How long does it take?
The first module is in production 4 to 8 weeks after the first visit. A complete system is built over 6 to 12 months, module by module — you use it while it grows.
We already have software. Do you replace it?
Only if it helps. Often it stays for what it does well and the new system connects to it. The first visit settles that.
Does it comply with Luxembourg rules?
Yes: labour law (working time, rest, leave), Luxembourg VAT and chart of accounts, invoices and certificates in the formats your fiduciaire and the administration expect. The system is built and hosted for Luxembourg.
Can we take a single module, say the Planner?
Yes, every module works on its own. They come into their own together — the schedule feeds the hours, the hours feed payroll — but we start with what you miss most.
Who owns the code and the data?
You. The code is delivered, the data can be exported at any time, the hosting can change hands.
What if we want to stop?
No commitment beyond the module ordered. Hosting is cancelled month to month.
