The roles, rights and sources of each team are configured; the ERP, the mailbox and the Upload Centre become its sources. Training included, in production as soon as the test ends.

Where does the AI run?
At your place: your local AI is installed in your network. Nothing leaves the company, your data is never used to train a public model, no external subscription — your AI, not a ChatGPT account per employee.
And the GDPR?
With a local AI, the data does not leave the company: no third-party processor, no transfer outside the EU, no training on your data. Compliance becomes much simpler; information, purpose and retention still have to be respected.
Can the reception see the salaries?
No. Each assistant respects its team’s access rights: the reception sees the schedule and the clients, not the margins or the salaries; the field sees its jobs and the procedures; management sees everything. It only answers what the person may see.
How do we know it is right?
It always cites its source: the document, the page, the date — “Cancellations procedure v3, p. 2”, “decision of 12 March”. A person reviews, sends, corrects if needed — and the assistant remembers the correction.
Our teams speak several languages.
It answers in FR / DE / EN / LB / PT, in the language of the question: a technician asks for the procedure in Portuguese, he gets it in Portuguese. It also translates a mail or a document into the recipient’s language.
Do we need the complete ERP?
No. The AI Assistant works on its own, with your procedures, your mailbox and your documents. It comes into its own with the custom ERP (/services/erp): the ERP’s quotes, jobs and client records become its sources, with everyone’s access rights.
